Veterans Charlie Mike at a Glance
A Distinct Identity
Veterans Charlie Mike knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly through our actions. We were trained to be mission-oriented. When we leave the military, some of us cannot find a new mission because of transition issues, illness, or disabilities. Sadly, some of us give up. That is why we ultimately decided to launch Veterans Charlie Mike. Starting with a blog and podcast/videocast, we intend to build up to a brick and mortar veteran center focused on art as therapy with studio space, classrooms, meeting rooms, a retail space, and coffee. Our mission is to help our brothers and sisters find their mission and end veteran suicide.
Activities
Bringing Change
Education
With this initiative, our goal is to connect with military veterans through a podcast/videocast. We will help our brothers and sisters find the resources they need. Our podcasts/videocasts will introduce veterans to potential missions and activities they can incorporate into their lives to transition, heal, and move forward. People can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Learn more about our work by getting in touch with our team today.
Advocacy
With our organization’s mission always in mind, we strive to find new strategies for dealing with challenges unique to military veterans. Advocacy is something that we take very seriously, and our team is working each and every day to make a positive impact. Contact us to learn more about our commitment to this cause.
Fundraising
Our vision is a brick and mortar veteran art center in Green Bay Wisconsin. We will have studio space, classrooms, and a retail outlet. We will also have offices, meeting spaces, and a coffee bar. Veterans and family members can work and volunteer to gain experience and share their experience. Art as Therapy is an endless source of healing and contributing to families and the greater community. Contact us to find out how you can donate to our Founding Fund.
